What I collect

When you send the enquiry form, I receive your name, your email address or phone number, your home type and whatever you tell me about your home.

When you message me on WhatsApp or email me, I receive your number or address and anything you choose to send, such as a floor plan, photos or your address.

How I use it

I use it to reply to you, to prepare a design and quotation for your home, and to carry out the work if you go ahead with me.

I do not sell your personal data, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who I share it with

If you go ahead with a project, I share what is needed for the job, such as your address and how to get into the home, with the contractors and suppliers working on it.

The enquiry form is delivered to me by [form provider TBC]. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

I do not share your personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep an enquiry for as long as I need to reply and follow up. If you become a client, I keep the project records for as long as they are needed for the work and for my legal and tax records. [Retention period TBC]

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies. [Analytics details TBC]

Your choices

You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or tell me to stop using it. Message or email me and I will deal with it as soon as I reasonably can.

Contact

For anything about your personal data, contact me, Nicole Ng: WhatsApp +65 8448 0892 [TBC], or email Nycoedesign@gmail.com [TBC].
